Announcement: SpeechEasy reduces all prices effective 9-4-2012

In an effort to permanently make SpeechEasy more affordable to a greater number of people who stutter, Janus Development Group, Inc. announces a major price reduction on all its models of SpeechEasy. Now, the lowest priced SpeechEasy model, the BTE, is only $2500. The effective date of this price reduction is September 4, 2012.

The first SpeechEasy was sold in 2001 and the price of the world’s most popular and effective anti-stuttering device has never increased. However, we have seen that occasional promotional pricing has helped people afford SpeechEasy that may have not been able to otherwise. With this in mind, we are hoping that this permanent price reduction will immediately help people who stutter obtain a device – no matter which model they choose.

In a September 4, 2012 news release Alan Newton, President of Janus Development Group states, “Clients have told us for years that we need to add a low cost SpeechEasy model to our product line and we feel that this is an important first step. In the past, our 4 models of SpeechEasy have ranged in price from $4100 to $5100. With this change our SpeechEasy product line will have a price range of $2500 to $4500. While we have seen competitor devices actually increase in price over the years, we have held our prices firm since the inception of SpeechEasy in 2001. We feel the time is right for SpeechEasy to not only be the most effective anti-stuttering device in the world but also the most affordable.”

Another effort made by Janus Development Group to help address funding issues are the two newest financing options now in place. The 0% Interest Plan gives clients the ability to spread out payments over 12, 18 or 24 months without any interest charges.
