Advance Software Upgrade
We strive to provide our SpeechEasy users with the highest quality experience possible, and as a result, continuously work to improve the functionality and performance of the SpeechEasy device.
We are pleased to announce that, as of August 2004, a software upgrade is now available for our SpeechEasy Advanced users. This upgrade has been designed to improve sound quality and decrease the amount of background noise picked up by the device.
The upgrade itself is being provided free of charge from the manufacturer. However, there may be a minor cost associated with the time it takes your dispenser to adjust the device and perform the upgrade. For details on scheduling an upgrade, please contact your local SpeechEasy provider.
