SpeechEasy Online Certification Program ... Improve outcomes and generates Follow-up Therapy Referrals
As an SLP, you can now be a part of our growing network to help provide new SpeechEasy users with qualified follow-up therapy -- whether you are a SpeechEasy dispensing SLP or not!
This free, self-administered online certification program was developed by SLPs who are ASHA recognized fluency specialists and have extensive clinical experience working with patients who are fitted with SpeechEasy devices. The knowledge gained through this program is certain to provide SLPs with a higher degree of confidence and success when working with SpeechEasy patients.
SLPs who complete the program will gain an understanding of the therapeutic nuances related to improving fluency using SpeechEasy, and will be added to the referral list of follow-up therapy providers. When patients are fitted with a SpeechEasy device and do not have an existing relationship with a local SLP, they will be referred to a qualified SLP. Since follow-up therapy is an important part in continuing to increase fluency even after being fitted with a SpeechEasy device, the SLP Certification Program creates an opportunity for these patients to receive therapy from a competent SLP who understands the related therapeutic nuances.
The Program typically requires three to four hours to complete.
