Thinking about purchasing

I had my consultation with our local SLP and got to try the comfort fit model. I really liked it, however I still had quite a few problems when I tried talking on the phone. I know that this device is not a "cure all", I would just like to hear your input if you have purchased one in the past. People who know me would say that I am not a severe stutterer, however I am pretty critical of my fluency. My speech has been progressively getting worse over the past year and I think it is time to do something about it. This is just a large investment and want to know if it is worth it.
