Fluency reading vs. conversational

I've had the speecheasy for about five months now and overall it has certainly been quite helpful. I practice reading out loud to myself from text (ie. a newspaper article) daily and my fluency is pretty much 100% with no blocking, however when I'm in conversational speech I still block at times. How or why is it I can be so fluent reading out loud from text but still have blocking problems in conversational speech?
