SpeechEasy Insurance Reimbursement Efforts

SpeechEasy has contracted with Healthcare Reimbursement Solutions, Inc. to provide SpeechEasy customers, at no charge, assistance with insurance reimbursement to all customers who purchase a SpeechEasy device. For more information click here.

SpeechEasy Advance Software Upgrade

February 15, 2005 - We strive to provide our SpeechEasy users with the highest quality experience possible, and as a result, continuously work to improve the functionality and performance of the SpeechEasy device.

We are pleased to announce that a software upgrade is now available for our SpeechEasy Advanced users. This upgrade has been designed to improve sound quality and decrease the amount of background noise emphasized by the device.

The upgrade itself is being provided free of charge from the manufacturer, however, there may be a minor cost associated with time it takes your dispenser to adjust the device and perform the upgrade. For details on scheduling an upgrade, please contact your SpeechEasy provider.

SpeechEasy Extended Warranty

In addition to the 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty that comes standard with every SpeechEasy device, Janus Development Group now offers an Extended Warranty Service Plan, which will provide you with additional security and protection for your device.
